If you opt to receive your documents by email, you’ll also get email notifications.
If you’re registered, you can access your digital documents through the AMI app or by going to our website and logging in to My AMI, your online account.
You can also ask to have your policy documents emailed to you again, by calling us on 0800 694 446.
We understand why you’d be cautious. The 0800 number in the email is a dedicated line just for this communication. It’s verified and secure. If you’re ever unsure, you can always give our main customer service number a call to confirm.
