If you’d like in-person support with billing enquiries, understanding or buying AMI insurance, making claims, or navigating our online services, pop into your nearest AMI Insurance Hub. No appointments needed.

If your claim is complex or you have questions about business insurance, our team can help you connect with the right AMI expert and support you through the process.

Please note, we don’t take cash or EFTPOS payments on site.

Insurance fraud costs every policy holder. You can help by reporting suspected fraudulent activity via:
