If it is eligible, you can choose AMI HomeHub to assess and repair your home.
Once we receive your claim, we’ll organise a speedy virtual assessment with you, or arrange an estimator to visit your property.
We’ll assess the damage to your property and confirm what’s covered under your policy. We’ll approve your claim as soon as possible and can often start the repairs on the same day. For more serious damage, we’ll take you through your options first.
We’ll advise what will be involved in the repair, which trades will be needed and their availability. If possible, we’ll book the work immediately. Otherwise, our team will arrange these with you.
The repairs will be done in accordance with the New Zealand Building Code and completed to a high standard. Once we’re finished, we’ll leave your property clean and tidy.
If your claim is eligible, you’ll have the option to choose AMI HomeHub to assess and repair your home.
