    • View your excess amount in 'View and Manage'

    • Book your repairs and track the progress of your claim

    Did you know? You can also make a claim via the AMI app, which is handy if something happens while you’re on the road.

              Our travel insurance is arranged and managed by Cover-More, the travel insurance experts. Simply log in to your Cover-More online account with your name and policy number to make your claim.

              Landlord’s Insurance 

              To make a claim for your rental home, call 0800 100 200,  and we’ll take care of things for you. Our friendly team is available 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday, and 9am – 6pm weekends and public holidays.

               

              If you need to make a combined claim for your rental home and landlord’s contents, just let us know when you start your claim, and we can help you with both.

                                      1. You'll describe your claim

                                      Log in and fill out the online form, answering the same questions as you would over the phone, to describe the incident and what you’re claiming for. Plus, you have the option to upload supporting documents too.

                                      2. We'll review your claim

                                      If your claim is straight-forward and passes our automated review, we'll approve it on-the-spot. If it's a more complex claim, our experts will be in touch.

                                      3. We'll get things sorted

                                      Once your claim is accepted, we'll get in touch to confirm your excess amount (if any) and work with you to get your claim sorted.
